I believe that as Realtors® we are responsible for the choices our clients' make and if they are not happy in the long run with their sale or purchase, then I am not either. Which is why I try to take the extra steps to ensure my Clients' happiness. Whether it be driving around the neighbourhood to make sure it is the best place for them and their family, or knocking on doors finding them the perfect home, or going out of my way to find the extra bit of information they need to make the sale.
