Specifically prior to becoming a Realtor more than 20 years ago I was the number 1 mortgage expert at CIBC for many years (back before computers took over and I understood lending principals and actually helped modify guidelines for the bank). In addition I have personally subdivided rural property and put in roads, utilities etc. Building many homes has enlightened me and educated me in ways you can only imagine. A few years ago I managed to aid a client with his condo conversion to ensure the properties would be marketable. Setting up a condo corp from the very beginning like I have is something few "condo experts" can say they have done. Personally buying homes as investments and to renovate and flip has lead me to do the same for other.
